Talkeetna Chalet B & B

Alaska's Talkeetna Chalet Bed & Breakfast is a large three story home with the entire first floor reserved for our three relaxing guest rooms. The Sunroom offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of good books to read. Breathtaking views of Mt. McKinley (elev. 20,320'), Mt. Foraker and Mt. Hunter can be seen from both the dining room and the spacious living room with its large screen TV. A variety of games and a computer for guest use can be found in the Sitting Room.

High speed internet access is available for those who can't can't do without checking their e-mail. For those with more leisure activities in mind, plush terry cloth robes and slippers are provided to wear outside to the hot tub. This is a great place to watch the Aurora Borealis or soak away your sore muscles after a hard day of hiking and fishing.

I offer a variety of full Alaskan breakfasts with a Southern twist. Don't be surprised to see grits on the menu! We have our own chickens for farm fresh eggs. For coffee lovers there is an espresso bar stocked with gourmet coffee and syrups.
